Terms of Service


For your convenience, we accept PayPal and bank transfers. Please allow five business days for the bank transfer options.



We ship our products across the globe! At checkout, simply choose your country from the drop-down menu. Once you input the country, a shipping cost and delivery time period will be displayed. Delivery time to most European countries is about five to 10 business days.


Depending on your shipping destination, there may be additional taxes, fees, or levies applied to your order. If you’re outside the EU, you may have to pay an import duty or formal customs entry fee. These duties are charged once the item reaches its destination. Any fee or duty charged is the customer’s responsibility.


We strive to complete and ship orders quickly -- usually within 24 hours of order placement. Credit card orders will always be shipped within one business day unless we tell you otherwise.


If an item you ordered is out of stock, we’ll send you an email right away with information about when the item will be available. Can’t wait? Simply find another item to replace it. If that doesn’t work, we’ll fully refund your order.


Lost Items

If you have not received your order within 20 days of shipment, notify us via email. We’ll investigate the lost item claim right away. If we’re satisfied that the item is indeed lost and that the loss was attributable to us, a full refund will be made. Please allow 14 days for the charges to be refunded. If an address is determined to be insecure, we may refuse future deliveries to the address. If this is the case, we’ll contact you to ask for an alternative delivery address for any future orders.



If a delivered item is damaged, faulty, or defective, please contact us within three business days to arrange for either a replacement item or a refund. You’ll also be required to return the item via second-class mail for which we will reimburse postage costs. No shipping or handling charges will be applied to the replacement item. 


Because of the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have a seven-day grace period to return any order due to changing your mind about the purchase. The items must be in the same condition they arrived in (unused, unopened, undamaged). We cannot refund or exchange any items that do not meet these specifications.


When returning items, please make sure all items shipped to you are in the box or package. This includes any parts or free gifts that may have shipped with an order. If gifts are not returned with the original item(s), you will be refunded for your item minus the gift’s value.


Cancelling orders

Because we ship orders so quickly (usually by the next business day), you must cancel orders by phone and also via email right away. If we haven’t shipped your order, we will cancel immediately and you will not be charged for any shipping.


If the order has already shipped, please contact us right away to let us know which items you will return. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item(s), so we recommend getting Proof of Posting. All free gifts associated with the returned item must also be returned at the same time. When returning an order, send these items to the address at the bottom of the page: The item or items to be returned, any free gifts, a note with the reason for the return and your name, order number, order date, and payment method. We will make refunds within 14 days after we receive the returned order.


If a delivery attempt fails through no fault of the couriers or this company (you entered the wrong address or are not in at delivery time) and the package is returned, we will not issue refunds. Shipping charges apply to any order that is sent out again.


You must contact us by phone or email to confirm which items are being returned. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us (we recommend you get Proof of Posting). There will be no refund of the shipping cost of returning goods. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address at the bottom of the page along with a note of your details and the reason for return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.


If an attempt to deliver goods continues to fail through no fault of our or the couriers (you are not in or have entered the wrong address etc.) and is subsequently returned to us we will not refund for shipping. If the goods are to be sent out again, a shipping charge will apply.


Some customers may qualify for wholesale prices, though some minimums must be met. Mainly  our wholesale accounts are for shops that sell eyelash extension products. A minimum of 10 lash tiles must be met to qualify for the wholesale discount.
